My Mission
My mission is to develop disciplined, confident, and purpose-driven men by providing the guidance, structure, and leadership I once lacked. Through mentorship, accountability, and real-life principles, I aim to equip men of all ages with the mindset, skills, and character needed to lead themselves, their families, and their communities with integrity. This is about building men who move with intention, stand on values, and show up as leaders in every area of their lives.
My Story
With 10 years of military experience and nearly a decade in the classroom, I bring structure, discipline, and real-world guidance into every mentoring relationship.
My approach goes beyond academics. I focus on developing the whole child—building confidence, leadership, accountability, and long-term vision.
From coaching youth basketball to teaching financial literacy across Grand Rapids, I’ve worked directly with students to help them understand not just how to succeed in school, but how to position themselves for opportunities beyond it. I’ve also studied what it takes for Black youth to earn college scholarships and compete at the next level.
